The Cutler Complex has integrated National Key Points and is jointly administered by The Cutler Management Board.
The Cutler Management Board NPC is a non-profit company incorporated in accordance with Companies Act 71 of 2008.
The main objective of the Cutler Management Board is the protection of the security and safety interests of the members of the Cutler Management Board together with the assets of the Members located within the Cutler National Key Points Complex.
The majority of the sites within the Cutler Complex are National Key Points in their own right. The Cutler Management Board is responsible to the “Protecting Authority” for the overall security of the area, with particular reference to the outer perimeter security measures.
In addition to the above-mentioned, the Cutler Management Board is responsible for all International Shipping and Port Security (ISPS) Code aspects.
